How long does it take for earned metres to show up on my account?
Your metres will display on your BRC account within 24 to 48 hours of completing an activity (purchase, review, etc). Metres may show as pending for up to 30 days after completing an activity.
Can I earn metres on orders placed before my BRC account registration?
We are unable to add orders to your BRC account if they were placed before an account was created, or if you were not logged in to your account. To earn metres, ensure you are logged in to your account when placing an order. If you are new to our BRC rewards program, you can find out more and join for free here.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can change the email address connected to your account in the ‘My details’ section of your BRC profile.
What if I return an item for a refund/exchange?
If an item is returned and refunded, BRC metres earned for that item will be deducted from your account. If it is exchanged, then metres for the first item will be deducted, and metres for the item you received in exchange will be added to your account.
Do Brooks purchases from other retailers contribute to my metres activity?
Currently only purchases made from www.brooksrunning.com.au qualify for Brooks Run Club metres.
Can you backdate my birthday bonus?
We cannot backdate a birthday bonus if your birthday passed prior to joining BRC
When and how do I get my birthday voucher?
Your birthday voucher is automatically delivered to the email address used to sign up for your BRC account on the day of your birthday. Please ensure your profile is up to date with your birthday information.
Can I spend my metres?
The metres you earn are accumulated over a 12 month period to upgrade your status level (from Blue to Silver, Silver to Gold). At each level you unlock new benefits and rewards. Metres cannot be converted to credit to be spent. Find out more about how metres work in our Terms & Conditions.
How do I earn metres?
You can earn metres by completing your profile, making a purchase, writing a product review, Check-in at a Brooks event, refer a friend, and more. Find out more about BRC’s rewards and benefits here.
Do my metres expire?
Your metres expire 12 months after the date of the activity that you earned them for. You can keep track of your metres activity under the ‘My Metres’ section of your account, where your metres will be listed as either ‘Active’ or ‘Expired’.
Does my Silver or Gold status expire?
Yes, your status lasts for 12 months from the date that you achieve the status level. When your status expires at the end of the 12 month status period, your status will be automatically upgraded, maintained, or downgraded based on the number of active metres in your BRC account at the time. How many metres do I earn for a purchase?
The earn rate for purchases is 10 metres per $1 spent on full price items and 5 metres per $1 spent on markdown items.
What Shipping and Returns benefits are Silver and Gold statuses entitled to?
At Silver, you benefit from 1 Free Return during the duration of your status and Free Express Shipping on orders over $250. At Gold, you are entitled to free returns on all orders during the period of your Gold status, and Free Express Shipping on all orders. Conditions apply. How do I check-in at a Brooks event?
Look out for us at running events and scan the BRC QR code to check-in. Feel free to ask our Brooks representatives at the event and they can help you locate the QR code for checking-in.
I am a Gold BRC member. How do I spend my $100 voucher and also get the 10% sitewide discount?
Firstly, please ensure you are logged onto your account while shopping. The 10% discount is automatically applied to your order at the checkout stage. Also on that same page, you can key in your gift voucher and PIN code at the voucher fields.
I am a sports medicine practitioner and am signed onto the Professional Program (PPP) with Brooks. Am I also eligible for the BRC?
As a PPP member you qualify for a different set of promotions and offers. The email used to register entitles you to PPP benefits, instead of BRC benefits.
I am not signed up for marketing emails why am I receiving emails regarding my BRC activities?
As a BRC member you are receiving automated and once-off emails updating you about on your BRC activities and rewards. All BRC related emails are separate to our Brooks Rundown marketing newsletters. For more information regarding your privacy and account, see our terms and conditions.
I no longer wish to be part of the BRC program. Can you please delete my account and all BRC data from your system?
Yes, we certainly can assist with deleting your account. Please contact us with the subject “Delete my BRC Account” in the subject line. Please allow for up to 5 business days for your account to be fully deleted.
